The property itself is located within the grounds of Pudleston Court estate. There are beautiful lakes as well as woodland walks from your door. Sleeping 8 the property is suitable for a larger family or group of friends..
The ground floor accommodation offers a high standard newly fitted kitchen, large lounge with DVD player. Two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master double bedroom is furnished with a superking size bed and TV. It has an en-suite with bath and overhead shower unit, WC and two individual wash-hand basins. The other bedroom on the ground floor is a standard double/twin room – two single zip-lock beds can be changed into a double bed and there is a shower room with wash-hand basin and WC opposite.
The large fitted kitchen/dining area has been finished with porcelain-tiled flooring and includes an island unit, and table and chairs to seat up to ten persons, and TV. The kitchen leads through to the spacious lounge area with porcelain-tiled floors throughout and a cosy woodburner. Patio doors open out onto a good-sized enclosed garden with garden table and chairs.
There are stairs leading to the first floor with two standard double bedrooms both with wall-mounted TV and a shared bathroom fitted with bath and overhead shower, WC and wash-hand basin.
There is ample parking for available several vehicles. Dogs are welcome
